At Barota, we strive to provide you with a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Please note that all orders placed within the United States are subject to the following shipping terms and conditions. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping guidelines outlined below.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat shipping rate of $15 on all orders within the United States, regardless of order size or weight.

Estimated Delivery Schedule

We aim to process and ship every order as quickly as possible. Below is the estimated timeline for orders placed within the United States:

Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time

Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)

Shipping Duration: 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday)

Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday)

Note: These time frames are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control like weather or carrier delays.

Shipping Coverage

Barota currently ships exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available at the moment. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays.

Shipping Method

We primarily use FedEx to ensure timely and reliable delivery. For faster delivery (1–3 business days), we also offer shipping via DHL upon request. Please note that DHL shipping incurs additional charges.

Tracking Updates

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can monitor your shipment in real time through the carrier’s website or our Order Tracking Page.

Order Cancellation & Address Changes

  • Address Modifications: Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the address once the order is dispatched.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours, provided it has not yet been shipped.

Wrong Address & Damages

If a product is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the full cost of return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility. If your package arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately.
